Home Services are $75 per hour, charged in 30 minute blocks after the first hour and capped at $225, excluding parts.
When requiring parts or software, the technician will provide you a quote before proceeding.
Depending on the extent of the work to be carried out, the technician may recommend taking the PC back to the Geelong.IT workshop. When completed, your PC will be returned to you, and fully reinstalled for you.
While most common parts are in stock, occasionally rare parts can take 2-3 days to be available.
